Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fair, transparent refunds for genuine cases.

Cancellation window

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 4 hours of placement, or until the order is marked Packed — whichever is earlier.

Returns

DOA (dead-on-arrival) products are accepted for replacement within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video proof. Wholesale lots are inspected at our warehouse before dispatch and are non-returnable except for DOA units.

Refund mode

Refunds are issued to the original payment instrument within 5–7 working days of approval, via RazorpayX.

Non-refundable

Shipping charges, COD handling and any GST already deposited with the government are non-refundable on completed deliveries.
